You keep every benefit of Multi Shop (3+) through August 22, 2026. On that date the new level takes effect. Because you have 4 published listings and the level you picked allows fewer, you'll be asked to choose which locations stay on the map — the rest are unpublished but kept on file, so re-upgrading restores them without re-entering anything.
